I managed to find the solution. I belive it was some setting, which was incorrect. This is how i solved the issue:
I copied all the settings from the below website. The model is different, however you can find most of the settings are the same.

just a simple note,
If you come across touch tone issues, you always can change,
Send DTMF: via SIP INFO (instead of default in-audio.)
DTMF = is the signal to the phone company that you generate when you press to dial on your telephone's touch key.
