I am having problems with my acanac phone line, when I am receiving a call after picked up I am getting around 10-15 seconds of silence.The caller usually is ending the call because the caller thinks that the phone line is not working(and it's so right!!) After 10-15 seconds I am getting connection but as I said most of the time the other part close the call. If I am not picking up, usually the answering should start but..no..silence again and then after 10sec a message arise:Thanks for your call,bye! Is not a joke, it is true. Can somebody help me ? It worked till 2 weeks ago and suddenly start having the above described problem..I talk with Acanac support(emailed) and I did not get a fix..

Are you using the ATA from Acanac?
If so, have you tried rebooting it by unplugging it for a minute and then plugging it back in?
If not, what kind of ATA is it?

The 'thank you' message is likely from Acanac's voicemail service - or perhaps your busy forward feature is set to some unrelated number.
