Good, the Dry Loop can take a little longer. Try plugging the modem in different outlets, Bell usually only makes one active.

I tried every one, only power light is on.

and bell's line is a thick black cable in basement? that line is not connected to anything, how the phone jack could be active?

Well, Bell hasn't got to the Dry Loop yet. Call support and ask when it's scheduled.

Some times you got to ask for Bell to come more than once so don't worry they will do their job ;)

I called tech support, they told me Bell did come to install, but I see no signs of installation

from the online search, now I am very sure all connection in my house is correct, I guess they didn't activate my line at their end.

they told me on Bell's portal, my profile shows" no dsl service", I don;t know what that means

Bell does the Activation at their end, Acanac simply requests Bell to do that.
Not much you can do until Monday.

The thick black cable (two wires) is your line coming from Bell.
Where they are connected is your Demarc.
Why the internal wires were never connected is beyond me.
These smaller internal wires are likely two pair. (red +green & yellow + black)
Strip the outer overall covering back and connect all the reds to one terminal and all the greens to the other.
One other thing to check.
The thick black cable has a rib on one side.
My memory is failing but I think this is the one for the green wires.
After doing this you can check your jacks again using the modem.

It is possible that Bell assumed your internal wiring was connected and simply activated the incoming cable.
Dry loop is a non money maker for Bell and they don't spend a lot of time or money on it.

None of this is difficult and don't worry about the voltages. You won't even know they are there.
If Ma Bell has to come into your house to do this, you may be charged.

Worth a try.

I spent whole weekend to research this, now I am 99.9% sure my internal wiring is correct, I think the problem is not my part.
