 Post subject: No one came to install (Fixed)

my service is supposed to be up today, but nothing happen, I still have cable, so it is ok, but when I can expect to get service activated.

If you are on cable I'm not sure how you will ever know.
Different modem and settings.

he said it is activated, but I got no signal, bell tech usually leave note on the door if they came to install, right? I don't see any notes

They only need to come if you're having a Dry Loop installed. Do you have a Bell phone line?

also I checked lines in my basement, I believe the previous owner used rogers, so I think bell's line is not connect to phone jack, I need them to connect the line

when Acanac PN says it is activated, does he mean he has confirmed everything is installed or just means my account is activated on server or something

Sounds like you need a Dry Loop, but if they said it's activated, how can that be.
If there's no active phone line and no Dry Loop it isn't going to work.
He means just activated at the CO.

Yes, I ordered dry loop, they charged me additional 96 dollars, I don't have active phone line, I moved in half year ago, I never used home phone here
